We love providing our community with opportunities to network and our Golf Tournament is one of our events that brings out the best that camaraderie has to show in business networking! You can look forward to it on every June, and register as early as February.
GolF Tournament 2025
Register for this year's Golf Tournament happening on June 20th! We will be back at River Island Country Club once again now that it has re-opened. Shotgun start at 10 a.m. and there will be plenty of great company to have the best of times!

Our Biggest Fundraiser Event
Where do our funds from the Golf Tournament go?
All proceeds go to the Porterville Chamber of Commerce in order to fund some of the amazing community and business oriented events or projects it hosts, including the Spring Festival with over 100+ booths, the Children’s Christmas Parade, with a community attendance of about 29K+, and the JR. CEO Program which provides children with opportunities to be the business leaders of tomorrow!
A way to give back to the community
Our Chamber hosts two of the biggest community events: the Children's Christmas Parade and the Spring Festival which draws up to 9,000 community members.
Expanding Business and professional resources
We offer workshops for Chamber members and general community members for professional adancements. Topics range from cybersecurity to business marketing and are hosted by local industry experts!
Development of programs
The JR. CEO program is an example of one of our programs that's already introduced entrepreneurship to 13 kids!

This year’s golf tournament invites your team to bring out your team spirit for a chance to win a $150 discount off your next Golf Tournament with us!
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE
- Teams that registered as a foursome, gold sponsor, platinum sponsor, or presenting sponsor level
- Individual golfers and silver sponsors may participate if they can coordinate with other golf registrants that can complete their team of four.
JUDGING PROCESS
At check in, teams will get a picture taken to showcase their spirit. After all teams have their pictures taken, they will be posted on our social media pages and viewers will have 1 week to vote for the team with the most spirit!

The change of venue for this year's brought over some great new views for our golfers! Thank you for having us Valley Oaks Golf Course, we had yet another great year with our Golf Tournament and hope our golfers join us next year (venue for next year's not confirmed).
