Porterville $6000 Beacon Grant was distributed among 4 local Elementary schools. Monte vista, Belleview, Alta Vista and Vandalia, each received $1500 for the purchase of backpack for 120-130 students backpack will be filled with snack and items to help children keep busy during summer.
